By registering an account on BmaxGold, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register or continue using the BmaxGold platform. 1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and BmaxGold ("we", "us", "the platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet on BmaxGold, you are confirming your full, unreserved acceptance of these Terms as they stand at the time of your action.
BmaxGold reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect player rights, financial terms or account conditions — we will provide reasonable notice to registered players before the changes come into force. Your continued use of BmaxGold after a notified change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms should be read alongside BmaxGold's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the platform. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional or event terms page, the specific terms take precedence for that particular promotion or event only.

2. Eligibility & Registration
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register on BmaxGold and to use any of its services. BmaxGold takes underage gambling very seriously. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time, and any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be immediately suspended, with any funds held pending review.
Residency & Access
BmaxGold is a platform designed for and marketed towards players in Pakistan. By registering, you represent that you are legally permitted to participate in online betting under the laws applicable to your location and personal circumstances. Registration Process

BmaxGold may at any point request verification documents — including a copy of a national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or payment method verification — as part of standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction pending compliance.
3. Account Rules
Your BmaxGold account is personal to you. It must not be shared with or accessed by any other person, including family members. You are responsible for all activity conducted from your account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.
One Account Policy
Each player is entitled to one registered account on BmaxGold. Players found to be operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, payment methods, device identifiers or IP addresses — will have all associated accounts permanently suspended and any accrued balances, bonuses and winnings forfeited. Where BmaxGold determines that a duplicate account was opened to circumvent a self-exclusion or bonus restriction, additional action including permanent ban from the platform will be applied.
Account Security
- Use a strong, unique password for your BmaxGold account that you do not use on other platforms.
- Enable two-factor authentication if available in your account settings.
- Do not share your username or password with any other person.
- Notify BmaxGold immediately at support@bmaxgold.net if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
BmaxGold will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security standards for your account credentials.

4. Deposits & Payments
BmaxGold accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All payment methods available on the platform are listed at the time of deposit and may include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. Available methods may vary over time and BmaxGold reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though BmaxGold may apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large deposits above certain thresholds as required by internal compliance standards.
Payment Method Ownership
- You may only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name.
- Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
- You must not use credit extended by a third party — whether informal or formal — to fund your BmaxGold account.
BmaxGold does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply transaction charges which are outside BmaxGold's control. Deposits are credited to your BmaxGold account balance upon confirmed receipt — typically within 60 seconds for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within minutes for bank transfers depending on network conditions.
5. Withdrawals
BmaxGold is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and without unnecessary obstruction. Winnings are real and belong to the player once accrued — this is a principle BmaxGold takes seriously as an operational standard, not merely a legal obligation.
Processing Times
- Standard accounts: withdrawals processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours depending on volume.
- Silver VIP: 24-hour processing.
- Gold and Platinum VIP: 4–12 hour processing.
- Diamond VIP: 1-hour processing as standard.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and — where possible — to the same method used for your most recent deposit. BmaxGold may request additional KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above internal thresholds. This is a standard compliance measure and does not reflect any suspicion of wrongdoing.
BmaxGold does not restrict or penalise player accounts solely on the basis of consistent winning. If your account is placed under review in connection with a withdrawal, you will be informed of the reason and given an opportunity to provide any requested documentation before a final decision is made.
Bonus-Related Withdrawals
Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant bonus terms. Withdrawable cash balance is always available for withdrawal without restriction. Only the specific bonus component — not your deposited funds or cash winnings — is subject to any wagering condition.
6. Betting Rules
By placing a bet on BmaxGold, you confirm that you understand and accept the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. The odds shown on your confirmed bet slip are the odds that will be used to calculate your return, subject to the settlement rules applicable to the relevant market.
Bet Acceptance
BmaxGold reserves the right to decline or restrict any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where odds have been published in error, where market integrity concerns exist, or where maximum stake limits for a specific market have been reached. Where a bet is accepted and confirmed, BmaxGold will honour the confirmed price unless manifest error is demonstrated.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes
- Minimum stake per bet: Rs 100 on standard markets.
- Maximum stakes vary by market and event. The applicable limit is shown on the bet slip before confirmation.
- VIP Club members at Gold tier and above benefit from elevated maximum stake limits.
Void and Abandoned Events
If a match or event is abandoned before a result is determined under the applicable rules, BmaxGold will void the relevant bets and return stakes. Where a match is reduced in overs but meets BmaxGold's minimum completion threshold for the relevant market, bets will be settled on the available result. In-Play Betting
Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the same general rules as pre-match bets. Delays between a bettor's action and bet confirmation are inherent to in-play betting. BmaxGold makes reasonable efforts to suspend markets immediately upon significant events (wickets, goals, etc.) but accepts no liability for bets placed in the brief window between a real-world event and market suspension where that event was not reasonably anticipatable.
7. Bonuses & Promotions
BmaxGold offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets and VIP-specific rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer. The general principles below apply to all BmaxGold promotions unless a specific bonus page explicitly states otherwise.
General Bonus Principles
- Bonuses are available to registered, verified BmaxGold accounts in good standing.
- One active bonus promotion may apply at a time unless otherwise stated.
- Bonus funds are held separately from cash balance and have distinct wagering requirements where applicable.
- BmaxGold cashback is paid to withdrawable cash balance and carries no wagering requirement.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before wagering requirements are met.
Wagering Requirements
Where a bonus carries a wagering requirement, the required amount and qualifying bet types are clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms. BmaxGold designs wagering requirements to be genuinely achievable for the type of player the promotion is intended for. Bonus Abuse
BmaxGold reserves the right to withdraw bonus funds and associated winnings where evidence of systematic bonus abuse is identified — including but not limited to matched betting through multiple accounts, use of software to manipulate bonus outcomes or coordinated abuse across a group of accounts. Standard recreational betting behaviour will never be categorised as bonus abuse.

8. Responsible Gaming
BmaxGold believes strongly in the importance of responsible gaming. Betting should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a source of financial stress or emotional harm. Our Responsible Gaming policy — published separately — contains full details of all available tools and resources. The following summarises BmaxGold's core commitments under these Terms.
- Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings at any time. Limit decreases take effect immediately; increases require a cooling-off period.
- Loss limits: You may set maximum loss thresholds per time period. Where a loss limit is reached, further bets will not be accepted until the period resets or the limit is increased after a cooling-off period.
- Session time reminders: Configurable alerts to notify you of time spent on the platform.
- Self-exclusion: You may self-exclude from BmaxGold for a minimum of 30 days up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
- Reality checks: Periodic notifications of your net win/loss position during a session.

9. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on BmaxGold and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Opening more than one account on BmaxGold under any name or identity.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using software, bots, scripts or other automated tools to interact with the BmaxGold platform.
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes in the BmaxGold platform to generate profit.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
- Colluding with other players in poker or other competitive games to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using information not publicly available at the time a bet is placed to gain an advantage over BmaxGold's prices.
- Registering an account with stolen identity documents or payment details.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards BmaxGold staff or other players.
10. Account Suspension & Closure
BmaxGold may suspend or permanently close a player account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms have been materially breached. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or other serious misconduct, accounts may be suspended immediately and without prior notice while an investigation is conducted.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, BmaxGold will communicate with the player via the registered email address. The player will be given a reasonable opportunity to respond before any permanent decision is taken, except where the nature of the investigation requires confidentiality.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Where a player has a positive cash balance at the time of closure, that balance will be paid out via their registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been met.
BmaxGold will not close a winning player's account solely on the basis of their winning record. If you believe your account has been closed unfairly, you have the right to lodge a formal complaint by emailing support@bmaxgold.net with the subject line "Account Closure Dispute".
11. Privacy & Data
BmaxGold collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which should be read alongside these Terms. By registering on BmaxGold, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy covers what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we retain it and your rights with respect to your data.
BmaxGold does not sell player data to third parties and does not share it with marketing partners without explicit player consent. Aggregated, anonymised data may be used for internal analytics and platform improvement purposes. Security measures including SSL encryption, secure data centres and access controls are applied to all personal and financial data held by BmaxGold.
12. Limitation of Liability
BmaxGold's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount of the player's cash balance at the time the claim arises. BmaxGold accepts no liability for indirect, consequential or incidental losses — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity or emotional distress — arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
BmaxGold makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. BmaxGold will not be liable for bets that could not be placed due to platform downtime, provided the player has not been materially disadvantaged in a way that BmaxGold could reasonably have prevented.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits BmaxGold's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
BmaxGold reviews these Terms regularly and will update them when required — whether due to regulatory developments, new product features or operational policy changes. Where a change is material, registered players will be notified at least 14 days before the change comes into effect via the email address on file. Continued use of BmaxGold after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Minor changes — such as clarifications, typographical corrections or updates that do not affect player rights — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
